For inquiries about your Order Status, we will need the following: your name and order number. Please allow sufficient time (usually one business day) for your on-line order to register in our processing system before contacting us about its status.
Returns and Exchanges
We guarantee our products to be free from defects. If you are not happy with your product, please send it back and we will gladly exchange it for another product or refund your money, minus the shipping costs. We have had very few products returned to us in the 36+ years we have been in business.
